Some paranormal things are happening to my tumblr. Where did all my posts go? Please I need help. Fix this!!!
Yay I am close to reaching one of my objectives with regards to my office matters (will not disclose it until the plan is materialized) I am praying that everything will be smooth sailing and the plan will be confirmed by this coming Monday, god’s willing.
My concern now is that I have yet to find the premium gifts for the school market. I have been very busy coordinating and monitoring the new market share 2010 nationwide and also looking into the complaints from the agents. It is not an easy task when you have to be in touch with everyone to ascertain that all aspects of the market share is well understood. It is a real pain in the ass when I found out today that some of the people involve are not aware of the task given. Reason being because they did not receive the email, have not open the email just yet, their email is temporary unavailable and the best answer is ‘Do I have to do it’? DUH
The instructions have clearly indicated to the person who may concern via email and I would partially say that the fault should be directed to the leader who takes charge of his subordinates. Okay, whatever la. I have lost my temper and voice over the phone talking with them at the office, I think. I appreciate to those who called and make an effort to seek clarification rather than I found out that they do not do their work. I get very angry easily if things do not work according to the plan unless they provide a very valid reason to it. Most importantly I have settled the problems and hoping this won’t happen again in the near future.
Next Monday I will be having a meeting to attend by invitation regarding the market share with the leaders involve and I will surely face barrage of questions from them and I am mentally and physically prepared. Wish me goodluck!

I was on the road for about 7 hours straight today. For the record, I’ve never been on the road for that long. Today is also the first time in my life that I visited more than 50 outlets in one day! So here’s the story.. My friends and I decided to visit our newspaper market around Putrajaya, Serdang, Puchong and Sri Kembangan. You guys must be wondering what the heck am I doing on the road for that long, visiting 50 outlets in a day, right? Well, to those who do not know me, I am working in one of the newspaper company in Malaysia. So for this New Year resolution, I’ve decided to go outside and see the market with my own eyes. It’s not that I have never had the intention to go down together with the sales executives to visit and survey the market before, but my job task does not require me to do so. This is because I have so many other works that require my attention such as my job with the Perfesio, one of our subsidiaries, clients of our premium gifts, complains from agents/vendors, coordinating and monitoring market share nation wide and also preparing the monthly reports of the company. You see, I have so many plates in my hands to handle with but never once I complain. I’m just thankful to have a job at this moment so that is why I hold on very strongly to the principle of ‘the more you learn the more you stand on your own two feet’.
So back to my story, I traveled along with my 2 coolest young practical chaps. It was really an eye opening experience for me to exchange valuable conversations with all the vendors, visiting their outlets and understanding the feeling of exhaustion of my sales executive, who has to endure the traveling along the road to get to the stores and bound to get lost in the journey! This is because our market for the newspaper is very huge. Mark my word. It is really huge. But the 3 of us had fun along the journey in the car. We sang songs to keep us occupied and energized throughout the whole journey! My friend, Syam kept on repeating Mama Mia songs in my car and we kept laughing at each other when we recall back all the funny times we had during the meeting with the vendors. Also, I could never forget the moment when a lady with a P sticker almost hit my car when she reversed her car without looking at the back! That really switches my mood off and I almost got out of the car and stormed angrily at her. Luckily my friends calm me down. Well, anyways, overall today was a great experience for me, now I need to switch my light off and sleep. I have to wake up early in the morning to finish my customer service report!
Good nite ppl. xx
